Sourcing with imported high-quality 4080 low-melting-point fibers and grey polyester staple fibers (PET) as raw materials, Grey Polyester Acoustic & Thermal Padding is formed by carding, laying and uniformly heating and shaping in drying-room. It has many good features: non-rotting; corrosion resistance of various microorganisms, fungi, acids, salts and hydrocarbons; non-toxic, no odor, formaldehyde-free; aging resistance, wear resistance, water washability, non-deformation, water resistance, moisture resistance, good breathability, high deformation rebound rate, warmth retention, noise reduction, easy to process, clean and eco-friendly.

        (The bigger the batting's grammage, the better the effects of sound absorption or sound insulation and shock absorption)

1000g/㎡: High hardness, high density, and good effects of sound insulation and shock absorption; under pressure, the batting 

                 thickness only has little changes.

500g/㎡: Lower density, softer; has good effect of sound absorption, while the effects of sound insulation and shock absorption are 

               lower than the bigger weight(GSM) one.
