PK (Punching+Kinking) Padding is also known as PK High Density Padding, or Heat-pressed Padding, or Sterile Padding, or Heat-pressed White Felt. Made of eco-friendly polyester fiber (PET) as the main raw material through a series of complex processes, PK Padding is a 100% eco-friendly product. It is one of the most ideal and top-end cushion core wrapping materials in mattress production, with features such as pure white without impurities, breathable and waterproof, sterile, formaldehyde-free, benzene-free, super resilience, strong vertical and horizontal tensile strength, lightweight, anti-aging, wear-resistant, wash-resistant, non-deformable, smooth touch, water-resistant, moisture-resistant, etc.

PK Padding, made of high-hardness polyester fiber (PET), is an ideal substitute for sponge. It can be supplied with different specifications and shapes according to customers' requirements. With a long service life and resistance to corrosion from various microorganisms, fungi, acids, salts and hydrocarbons, it is widely favored by mattress manufacturers as a mattress wrapping material.

It can be used both filling materials for clothing, seat cushions, household products, and filtering or heat-preserving/heat-insulating materials for filters, air filters, aquarium filters, electric heating pads and etc.
