    PK (Punching+Kinking) Padding is known as PK High Density Padding, or Heat-pressed Padding, or Sterile Padding, or Heat-pressed White Felt. 

    Using eco-friendly polyester fiber (PET) as main raw materials, PK Padding made through a series of complex processes is a 100% eco-friendly product. It is one of the most ideal and top-end cushion core wrapping materials in mattress production, with many good features such as pure white without impurities, breathable and water-proof, sterile, formaldehyde free, benzene free, super resilience, strong vertical and horizontal tension, lightweight, anti-aging, wear resistance, water washing resistance, deformation free, smooth, waterproof, moisture-proof, etc.

    PK Padding made of high hardness polyester fiber (PET), a substitute product for sponge, can be supplied different specifications and shapes per customer requirements. With its features like long service life and resisting corrosion from various microorganisms, fungi, acids, salts and hydrocarbons, PK Padding is favored by mattress manufacturers as a mattress wrapping material.

    Needle-punched Nonwoven Fabric known as Needle-punched Nonwoven, or Needle-punched Felt,  has many types, colors and wide applications.The needle-punched nonwoven products used for filling, thermal preservation and thermal insulation, main raw materials of which are polyester fiber (PET) and polypropylene fiber (PP), are closer to our daily life with a soft, fluffy, and breathable feel. It can be used both filling materials for clothing, seat cushions, household products, and filtering or heat-preserving/heat-insulating materials for filters, air filters, aquarium filters, electric heating pads and etc.

    Its characteristics are high density, thin thickness, hard texture, flame resistance, thermal insulation and thermal preservation, sound absorption and sound insulation, soft texture and good breathability. Its general weight is around 80～500g/㎡, with a thickness of 

1～8mm. Various specifications can be customized per customer requirements.
