Our Polyester Fiberfill is a high-quality filling material for bedding, sofas, high-end toys, pet products, clothing, outdoor products and etc. In addition, it is widely used in professional fields like filtering and sound-insulating materials, as well as  simulation decorating for Christmas, wedding, festival,  ceremony site and etc.  

    Our Polyester Fiberfill, whose specifications are 0.9D～25D×28～76mm, can be made into various grades including silicon finishing, silicon-free, primary, recycled and blended, with colors of white, green, coffee and etc; other Functional Polyester Fiberfill like anti-static and flame retardant can also be supplied. The products with special specifications can be customized according to the different needs of customers.

1、 Classification:

     Polyester Fiberfill (DIY Craft Stuffing) has three types: Silicon-free, Semi-silicone and Silicon

     （1）Silicon-free Polyester Fiberfill  (free of silicone oil and non smooth)

     （2）Semi-silicone Polyester Fiberfill : mainly used for beddings or sofa cushions

     （3）Silicon Staple Polyester Fiberfill (smooth, soft to the touch, strong elasticity): suitable for filling uses on sofas, mattresses, toys, bedding, autos, etc.

2、 Specifications:  

      0.9D~25D × 28-76mm

      (1) D (Denier, fiber size): It refers to the fineness of the fiber. The larger the number of D, the thicker the diameter of the fiber. Usually, the fibers below 7D are fine, having a good texture; and the fibers above 15D are thicker, having strong elasticity (furniture and toy factories often use 7D and 15D fibers).

      (2) 28～64mm (fiber length): It refers to the length of the fiber. 28～32mm is staple fiber, suitable for filling by machine; 51～76mm is filament fiber, which are good elasticity and suitable for using a loosening and filling combined machine to fill.
