Using corn fiber as main raw material with mixing by an appropriate amount of imported polyester hollow fiber and low-melting-point fiber, the fiber-nets of Corn Fiber Wadding are formed by fiber carding and laying, while low-melting-point fibers making the fiber layers adhered and mixed through heating oven.
With many good features of Corn fiber, such as gentle and smooth texture, high strength, biodegradability, moisture absorption and breathability, hydrophilicity, natural anti-bacterial and a weak acidity useful for the skin, the products processed with Corn Fiber all have a silky luster, comfortable skin feel, good drape, good heat resistance and UV resistance, as well as good wearing performance.
