Product Introduction:   

    Polyester Fiberfill is commonly known as Toy Stuffing, or PP Fiberfill, or Hollow FiberFill, or Loose Fiberfill,or Hand Fiberfill, or Pat Fiberfill.

    Its main characteristics are good rebound elasticity, strong swelling, beautiful appearance, extrusion resistance, fullness and softness, dry and breathable, easy to wash, quick drying, soft and smooth texture, lower price and good warmth retention; no harmful substance retention and diffusion, corrosion-resistant, not causing insect damage or mold.

Three common types of Polyester Fiberfill:

Toy Stuffing, Pearl Fiberfill and Imitation Down Fiberfill

1. Toy Stuffing 

    It is made of composite three-dimensional spiral curled hollow silicon fibers, with good resilience, breathable, glue-free, convenient filling, suitable for pillowcases, sofas, cushions, toys, winter clothes, etc.

2. Pearl Fiberfill: 

    Small balls shaped like pearls are made of composite three-dimensional spiral curled hollow silicon fibers through special process. It has characteristics such as soft and fluffy, smooth texture, warm and comfortable, better elasticity, stronger breathability, longer use time; slightly hardness which can meet the special requirements of certain products. It can be mixed with down, and is also an ideal substitute material for down products. Compared with regular Toy stuffing, Pearl Fiberfill has more elasticity, softness and uniformity, making filling easy. It is commonly used in pillows, pillow inners, toys, cushions, and back cushions.

3. Imitation Down Fiberfill: 

    It is called Imitation Down Fiberfill, or Pat Fiberfill, because it resembles down and cotton materials. The texture of the product not only has the characteristics of down: delicate and smooth, but also has the characteristics of fluffiness, high elasticity, lightweight, softness, warmth keeping, breathability, moisture permeability, non moldy, non borers, high tensile strength, and washability. It can be widely used in various warm products such as down jackets, ski sweaters, down duvet and sleeping bags.
