Product  Introduction:   

Polyester Fiberfill is commonly known as Toy Stuffing, or PP Fiberfill, or Hollow FiberFill, or Loosening Fiberfill, or Hand-stuffed Fiberfill, or Pat Fiberfill.

It features good resilience, high bulkiness, attractive appearance, compression resistance, fullness and softness, dryness and moisture permeability, easy to wash and quick drying, soft and smooth hand feel, high cost performance, and good warmth retention; free from retention or diffusion of harmful substances, corrosion resistance, mold & insect resistance.

Three Common Types of Polyester Fiberfill:

Toy Stuffing, Pearl Fiberfill and Imitation Down Fiberfill

1. Toy Stuffing 

It is made of conjugated three-dimensional spiral crimped hollow siliconized fiber, with good resilience, breathability, free of glue and easy filling. Suitable for pillow cores, sofas, cushions, toys, winter clothes, etc.

2. Pearl Fiberfill: 

It's produced from conjugated three-dimensional spiral crimped hollow siliconized fiber into pearl-like small spheres via special processing. It's soft and fluffy, smooth to the touch, warm and comfortable, with better elasticity, stronger breathability and longer service life; with moderate firmness to meet special requirements of certain products. It can be blended with down and serves as an ideal substitute for down products. Compared with regular Toy Stuffing, Pearl Fiberfill features better elasticity, softness, uniformity, and is easy to fill. It is widely used in pillows, pillow inners, toys, cushions, and back cushions.

3. Imitation Down Fiberfill: 

It is named Imitation Down Fiberfill (also Pat Fiberfill) due to its similar performance to down and cotton. Its hand feel not only features the delicacy and smoothness of down, but also high bulkiness, high elasticity, lightweight, softness, warmth retention, breathability, moisture permeability, mold resistance, insect resistance, high tensile strength and washing resistance. It is widely applied in various warmth-keeping products such as down jackets, ski jackets, down quilts and sleeping bags.
