Made of garment offcuts and formed by needle-punched process, Recycled Cotton (Variegated-fiber) Felt is non-toxic, odorless and cost-effective. As a special covering material for mattresses, it enables full-diamensional wrapping protection for mattress springs, integral / cushion layers, with good fit and strong durability, complying with the relevant quality requiremwnts for Batted Fiber Products for mattresses. It can meet the usage needs of agriculture and infrastructure fields such as highway maintenance, concrete curing, cement pavement maintenance, greenhouses, breeding farms and tent processing, and also adapt to the protective requirements of various pipelines for mositure retention, anti-freezing, warmth-keeping and sun protection. Besides, it is applicable to multiple scenarios incuding Moving pads, machinery wrapping, furniture wrapping, disposable protection materials and wipes, being an optimal material for engineering maintenance, civil and industril protection.

Recycled Cotton Maintenance Felt is a composite type of the above produt. Made of garment offcuts, it  is processed by crushing, mixing with woven belts and needle-punched forming. With excellent tensile, tera and pruncture resistance, it is suitable for high-strength engineering scenarios such as slope protection and large-scale engineering maintenance.
