Spray-bonded Wadding is commonly referred to as Space Nonwoven Wadding or Vacuum Wadding. It is made of natural cotton fibers, artificial fibers or synthetic fibers through processes of loosening, carding, spraying, drying and forming. Due to its features such as fluffiness, high compression resilience, resistance to dry/wet washing, lightweight, and warmth retention, it has become an important material for manufacturing cotton-padded clothes, ski jackets, space suits, bedding such as quilts & sleeping bags, and also for industrial applications such as air filtration.
