     Using high-quality polyester staple fiber, Irregular Die-cut Batting are made through several processes of fiber feeding, mixing, loosening and carding. With their good features of flame resistance, thermal insulation, sound absorption and bacterium resistance, they can be used for wrapping or filling nonwoven fiberfill of jewelry boxes, watch boxes, tray and lid boxes and gift boxes; and for sound absorption/sound insulation and thermal preservation/insulation of electronic components, audio systems, cars and air conditioners, as well as die-cutting finished-products of electronic cigarettes.

    Both white and black Irregular Die-cut Batting can be supplied, and cutting-pieces sizes can be customized according to customer requirements. We are capable of completing the process from customization to die-cutting rapidly, according to the customer incoming sample and demands.

Ideal for:
